La premi\u00e8re cause d&rsquo;apparition d&rsquo;un syndrome de l&rsquo;essuie-glace est l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;effort que vous demandez \u00e0 votre tendon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vous lui en demandez trop, trop rapidement, il n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 aux frottements qu&rsquo;il subit et s&rsquo;inflamme. Cela se produit suite \u00e0 une augmentation rapide du volume d&rsquo;entrainement, trop de course en c\u00f4te et en descente ou suite \u00e0 une usure avanc\u00e9e des chaussures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous courrons autant sur notre jambe droite que sur notre jambe gauche, donc en cas d&rsquo;effort ponctuel trop intensif ou de mauvaises chaussures, les douleurs concernent souvent les deux jambes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans ce cas de figure, une p\u00e9riode suffisante de repos puis une reprise progressive d&rsquo;un entrainement sur du plat et plus doux ou un achat de nouvelles chaussures suffisent \u00e0 faire disparaitre la douleur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9canisme d&rsquo;apparition :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Souvent la cause est plus profonde. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c0\u00a0force de courir plusieurs fois par semaine, votre colonne et votre bassin subissent de nombreux impacts. Ils se tassent, un blocage fini par se cr\u00e9er et modifie la dynamique du bassin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour pallier \u00e0 ce nouvel \u00e9tat m\u00e9canique de votre bassin, votre corps compense en contractant de fa\u00e7on permanente certains muscles. Ainsi, le TFL, qui s&rsquo;ins\u00e8re sur le haut du bassin, peut se retrouver contractur\u00e9 et tracter en permanence sur son tendon. Celui-ci se fragilise, mais supporte encore les frottements de la marche ou de course ponctuelle. Cependant, en cas de course prolong\u00e9e, il ne peut plus supporter l&rsquo;effort et s&rsquo;inflamme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans ce cas de figure, l&rsquo;atteinte est souvent unilat\u00e9rale.
